3. Purpose of data processing
The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Appointment scheduling and communication
Provision of the booked service
Invoicing and accounting
Fulfilment of statutory retention obligations
Data is not shared with third parties unless a legal obligation to do so exists.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored in the following systems:
ProtonMail (email communication) — Provider: Proton AG, Geneva, Switzerland. ProtonMail is certified to GDPR standards and encrypts all data end-to-end.
Dropbox Business (document storage) — Provider: Dropbox Inc., San Francisco, USA. Processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Invoices and tax-relevant documents are retained for 10 years in accordance with the statutory retention obligations under Czech law.
All other client data is likewise retained for 10 years, unless the client requests earlier deletion.
5. Google Meet
Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When using Google Meet, data may be processed on Google's servers. Further information can be found in Google's Privacy Policy at: policies.google.com/privacy
